United Cavers Exploration Team

Myself and a friend are new to mine exploring and would like to do a bit more. Having recently been in Cwmorthin mine paying a small fortune to experience Deep Sleep we have been bitten by the bug. The latest trip was over at Alderley edge with those wonderful people at Derbyshire Caving Club who took us down Wood Mine om an organised visit.
We live near Dolgellau surrounded by Gold Mines and the nearby slate mines but would never be foolish enough to go exploring without the right guidance and equipment.
