Anyone need helmet and lamp for this trip? Also after having a recce on Sunday wellies would be very useful unless you want wet feet.
May I borrow a lid and lamp please
I will try and organise a club one, but so have a spare if needed.
I'll bring them along for you Mary, i have 3 of the club lids
Ah great, thanks.... You can ignore my post on the SRT chat then.
Hi , I'd love to come along but only if its a straightforward walkabout as I injured my ribs the other week and still pretty sore. Can you advise please
Ok count me in :)
Ok count me in :)
Hi Sharon,
I believe its a simple walk around nothing too strenuous, so you should be good. I've not done it myself, but will be attending with Mary, and she has filled me in, that's its pretty straightforward, with lots to see.

Sharon it's a walk around mine with nothing too strenuous inside (just a few walks up and down slate piles & inclines).... The most strenuous bit is the walk up the hill to the mine at the start.
Hi All, due to the how popular this trip is I've had to change the parking.....please now park in the layby next to the entrance to Penarth farm.
And we will either walk from there or car share to the original parking.
