Title: Cowboy Mine - Great Orme, Llandudno
Post by: Whitnall on Jan 27, 2022, 07:00 AM
I thought I'd share some photos of our recent explore, further into Cowboy Mine that we've been before.

Located under the gunsites in Llandudno, Little is known of Cowboy mine.
Both myself and Drew had visited this mine before, albeit on our own. So this time we were together to go further in.

It was great what we found (As we didn't know of) A larger cavern, with routes going off in three directions. We will return early next week with a basic rope set up so we can access the higher areas in the back, which could possibly connect with some trials further up the hillside (According to Bannermanns book)

Enjoy :)

*Not sure what happened to the photos, but if you click on them, they expand to full size*

We revisited the mine today with a basic rope set up so that I could get to the highest part and see if it went anywhere.... Dead end
