I don't get it ...

The land has a negative value (because of the shafts) .. what could  a "buyer" possibly do with it?

DUMP BUILDING WASTE AT £50 A LOAD THE SHAFTS ARE SAID TO BE OVER 8OOFT DEEP AND 10FT WIDE,ONCE FULL AND CAPPED COULD GET PLANNIG PERMISSION TO BUILD,GOOD INVESTMENT MAYBE,WHO KNOWS
