Its time for membership subscriptions for 2019.

Annual subscription = £20.00
Insurance = £17.00

Please can you make payment before the 21st December either by Paypal into the UCET account or by cheque made payable to UCET.

If you can let me know when you have made the payment we can then submit the members names to the BCA to get your membership cards for the 1st Jan 2019.

I gave Ade £20 in cash for membership at the dinner on Saturday.  Will be renewing my BCA membership and insurance soon.

All paid up.

Just renewed my BCA Direct Membership so I will be fully insured for 2019.

what happens if you don't renew by the 21st?

if you do not renew the insurance part you will not have insurance after the 1 st jan that's how I read it,mick

If you have not renewed by the time we send off the forms to the BCA then you won't be a member of the club  from the 1st Jan 2019. Also, your insurance covers you up to (and including) the 31st Dec 2018 so your insurance will lapse too.

We want to submit our membership to the BCA by the deadline of the 31st Dec 2018 so we are asking for members to have renewed by the 21st to enable us to do that.

"Your membership and insurance renewal is due. Please pay immediately or your membership/ insurance cover will end in X days"
Replacing X with the number of days.

Right I have sent £37 via paypal for membership AND insurance as
Wirral Caving Group is dying at the end of this year. Can I ask the
person filling the BCA spreadsheet to make sure they state my BCA
membership number is 05044 (I will be on the last spreadsheet as
with WCG). I don't want to have to pester Wendy to fix it after the
event :-)

Does £20 cover you for an associate member? Joined the dcc scouts team so I'll have full membership and insurance with dcc. I still need to sort it out though

New BCA card arrive this morning so I am insured via Direct Membership for 2019.  Paid my £20 at the Christmas Dinner.

I am a Wirral Caving Group refugee and would like to pay subs and membership by paypal, I have mt BCA number however is it too late to join in this way or should I print off and send the form into Denbigh with a cheque?

Some of us will be in the Glan yr Afon Inn, Dolphin near Holywell CH8 8HE until late tonight if you wish to come along.  Ian Adams is our membership secretary but you should be okay to send your form off, as you already have BCA insurance UCET membership should be £20.  Never too late to join!  I first joined halfway through the year.

Can you fire me a quick email to secretary@ucet.org.uk and I will email you back an application form ... its just the basic details (name, address blah blah blah) and I will sort everything out for you.

Let Ian know your BCA number (14168 - if I recall correctly). It means you will keep your old number and the BCA won't have to think of a new one :-)

i does not seem to have recieved green card - is there a backlog @ BCA HQ - or is it UCET incompetance ???

Your card was ordered and paid for on the 23rd January ....

I included a request to have the card sent to you directly ....  However, since neither you, nor I, received the card, I assume the postman has eaten it.

I have emailed the BCA secretary and asked for another card to be sent out to you.
