Title: 2020 Matienzo Caving Expedition
Post by: Robin Jones on Nov 14, 2018, 07:48 PM
Dear all,

I'm planning a return trip to Matienzo in Summer 2020 for the 60th Anniversary of caving expeditions there.  Anyone is welcome to join me, but you'll have to sort your own flights & accommodation etc.  (I'll be camping behind the pub again)

Sounds good.  I will have a look at what leave I may get for summer 2020.

Suggest waiting to see if we ordinary people will still be permitted to travel to Europe by then.

Lol, probably best to avoid politics on here to be fair, it's an emotive subject at the best of times

Don't succumb to the scaremongering though.  We survived the millennium bug, we'll survive anything  :woohoo:

To be fair, I have visited far more countries that are not members of the EU than I have ones that are in it, and never been turned away, I wonder why Ryan air or Easy jet are now going to refuse to take my money.
