UCET Trip for 5th April 2018

Trip #1
Location : Actual AGM

Meet Location : Somewhere inside the Glan Yr Afon inn,  Dolphin  (Map Link (https://goo.gl/maps/jcPQYmrEoDk))

Meet Time : 6:30pm

Equipment Needed : Clothes1. fake enthusiasm. money for alcohol.

Notes : Entry via door, although entry via window is possible

This weeks trip is open to all member or not on account of the fact it's a public house which as far as I know we have not exclusively booked for the evening and therfore cannot techically exclude anyone from turning up.

However, non-members should note that you will not be permitted to make any input during the AGM unless you become a paid up member prior to the AGM.

Any non-member may also be asked to leave the meeting by any paid up member, you can of course remain inside the public house.

In the event of failure of any non-member to leave if directed by the membership, the bar staff will refuse to serve that person for the duration of the meeting.2,3


1Although the public house had permitted members of the club to strut around half naked (and often more so) in the past, those incidents occurred post-watershed therefore, it's recommended that all attendees wear suitable outfits to protect the dignity of other users of the facilities.

2In the event of the meeting becoming a drunken shambles, the meeting is likely to last into the small hours of the morning.

3The bit about not being served is of course a joke, they will not want to miss out on your custom.


It would be very helpful (not essential) If you could indicate that if are going.
